Returns & Exchanges Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Mia's Boutique Co we value customer service and always strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Due to the nature of products being handmade we do not offer refunds /exchanges in our shop policies and all sales are final.
Damaged Products:
All products are professionally made/ handcrafted and are inspected prior to shipment. Item(s) that arrive damaged due to shipping may qualify for an exchange but the original damaged product must be returned at the expense of the customer. Photographic proof along with an order number must be sent within two (2) days of delivery to be reviewed and exchanges may be approved on a case by case basis.
